and so are you!
Well that was pointless.
But it remind me a little of Mr Bean!
Long Live Eduard Khil!
Ladies and gentlemen of this forum, the above video is the new RickRoll. Learn it, live it, love it.
What passed for entertainment in the Soviet Union amazes me. Some interesting info on Eduard Khil: http://www.3quarksdaily.com/3quarksdaily/2010/02/edward-anatolevich-hill.html
Is this the best song/video ever?
Quite enjoyed that oddly enough
I know what you mean, it's strangely likeable!
ahhh, the internets
That was oddly humorous.
...but I didn't watch the whole thing.
Yes, stripped of its context, it's beautiful in its absurdity. It's like Bob the Enzyte guy meets Lawrence Welk on a Moscow soundstage.
Better still, I like to think of Khil as the "Soviet Heino." (Fans of German music will recognize this name; those who don't should go immediately to YouTube and watch virtually any rendition of his "Blau blüht der Enzian".)
EDIT: To save you guys a search step, here's some classic Heino (via YouTube).
Found an original version of the song. I really dig this stuff now what the hell
YES, it is.
I cant stop watching it.
Here is another interesting video for all:
I CAN DANCE!!!
To be honest, it took my Safari more than a minute to load that drivel. And it still loads, what the smeg?
And no, it is not the best song ever.
What's up with all the superlatives anyway?
