is this the new broadwell mac ?

    There is no 15" Broadwell Mac, so no that's going to be Haswell.

    There is no 15" Broadwell, the latest 15" is still Haswell. I can't tell for sure that it's the latest model, but it looks to be.

    Again, there is no 15" Broadwell rMBP. The latest is still Haswell.

    how it is no brodwell 15 2015 it is in apple store ....

    Apple does not have a brodwell based 15" Macbook at this time.

    Actually, the early 2015 13" rMBP has a Broadwell CPU, but the 15" does not.

    Yes. According to MacTracker, the current 2015 model is MJLQ2LL/A. I'm guessing the MJLQ2F/A is just a variant with a different keyboard.
