There is no way apple would design something so utterly unusable. There is NO place to rest your hands! You'd be hitting the trackpad constantly whenever you type as well as the mouse button. If it didn't have such a ridiculous track pad, whoever made it would of had a better chance of fooling people, but as it is now, it has that one glaringly obvious (at least to anyone with any sort of common sense) horrible design flaw.
It's fake. With such a wide trackpad, it would be impossible to rest your palms on the machine without making the mouse go all spastic. Not to mention you'd keep the button pressed down while typing.

Everytime some fanboy mentions "omg it's for multi-touch!" I think - what would multi touch actually do? You can already zoom in with ctrl+ two finger scroll...

(from seeing the original 'spyshot' at a higher res you notice that the two sides of the trackpad are colored differently and that there's a clear line where the creator shopped them together)
