Is this the right process to selling a clean jailbroken phone?

Somewhat n00b here...

1. Backup current 3Gs
2. Wipe all the data (via in phone settings)
3. Phone will say "connect to iTunes" (can I keep my sim card in?)
4. I'll then launch blackra1n which will then jb my phone

Is that it? So if I put a different AT&T sim card it, will it work?
