Report the scams
These scammers should be reported, not just to their Internet service providers for e-mail abuse, but also to the various fraud reporting centers such as The National Fraud Information Center (http://www.fraud.org/welcome.htm) and the Federal Trade Commission (https://rn.ftc.gov/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01).
