I am on my third i7 iMac which was DOA w/ a defective video card. I called AppleCare within the first week of getting the computer. That was now two weeks ago. Tried trouble shooting with me... then told me to take it to local Apple store for a genius to look at. Fine. Went there and the genius could not find anything through his testing but said I should just get it replaced since it was so new. He wrote that into the case notes. Called the representative with AppleCare I was working the next day. Now it has been 10 days since I left the representative the original voicemail after visiting the genius. Still no word. Since then I have left 2 additional messages and still no return of my messages. Now I am getting frustrated as it really shouldn't take this long. What should I do? I sent Steve Jobs an email, but still have not heard back. Any other options?
