Is Thunderbolt 3 eGPU supported under Bootcamp?

I am interested in external eGPU via Thunderbolt 3. Can I use such eGPU under Windows Bootcamp? If so, do I need to run the latest version of Windows 10?

Yes, you can, and it run good enough for gaming
