Is Tmobile iPhone pre-ordered in apple.com unlocked?

If I remember it right, full price from apple.com for tmobile was unlocked from previous ones I got.

Sure can. Just has to be paid off and on network 40 days. I get mine unlocked every year and the process is real easy.
