Is Trim is enabled by default for Apple PCIe SSD in Yosemite 10.10.3 or still need Chameleon SSD Optimizer or Trim Enabler?

It is off by default on Chameleon SSD Optimizer.

Trim is enabled by default for Apple SSD.

Just checked, and the same for the 2015 13" rMBP.

You don't need to worry about TRIM with Apple SSDs, it is on by default.

If your Mac already came with an SSD from Apple, TRIM is enabled by default.

TRIM is not enabled only for non-Apple OEM SSDs.
