My AppleCare runs out on 7/8 and I can't get an appointment until 7/8, so can I wait until then, or will my warranty be considered expired?

If you created the appointment prior to 7/8 I'm willing to bet they'll make an exception for you. That said, they may very well accept it the day it expires. In fact, I think they do.

I tried searching for an answer on google and found this thread

lol

Well I suppose I'll try to do a walk in tomorrow.

If the expiration date is 7/8, I would guess the service runs through that date. Meaning you should be covered on that date, but not after.

I happen to be at an Apple store here at WA and just out of curiosity asked a specialist here, they said it should still be covered till the end of business hours. I suggest you call your store as well, but they should honor it as they do here.

I took it in today and they gave me an appointment (even though they ended up turning a lot of people away to another date) because of the warranty expiring soon. The guy didn't really give a clear answer whether it would've been valid tomorrow, but I think he was implying that it would have been.

Just FYI, calling the store would have been much faster than posting and waiting for a response.

FYI they were closed.
But sometimes there's more than meets the eyes when posting on MR.

Thanks guys.
