Is wireless charging fast charging?

I have no experience with the wireless charging. Is it slower than the standard charger that comes with your new phone? Or is it faster like the faster charger thingies you can buy for like $70
 
Wireless charging is slower than cable charging.

Most high-end Android phones from the last 2 years support fast wireless charging. Apple for no reason has decided not to support this.
 
Currently limited to 5W, which is the same speed as the charging that occurs when you use the supplied charger. A software update is coming that will up the limit to 7.5W with compatible chargers, which is obviously faster than the 5W but still much slower than the wired quick charging the phone is capable of (which I would assume is 29W).

fast charge is 30mins for 50% battery while standard 5W plug is 50 mins. wireless has to be seen if its really on pair with standard
