iPhone X Is XS fast charging limited to Apple chargers?

I seem to remember this being rumored as a possibility with the new phones. Lack of fast charger in the box is bad, but requiring an Apple charger to take advantage of it at all would be very, very bad.

I used fast charging on my 7 and 8. Just use an ipad charger. Big difference.

I use a Samsung pad fast charger on my X. Works great ! Hope that’s ok to use lol. Have been for a while.

You can only use an Apple usb C to Lightning cable. I use anker power adapter and it’s plenty fast. Got it on Amazon
