o2 does have an unlimited data, no cap.

In Canada we have 6GB for $30/mo which is a very fair plan (that's on Rogers). On Bell, we have an old plan that's hard to get access to (expired) but some reps will add it. You just have to keep calling and hoping you get a good rep.
My plan is as follows, very impressed with it (Bell Mobility, Canada - 7.2MBps 3G)
- Unlimited texting + 200 minutes - $25
- Unlimited data - $30
$55 total. No SAF.
I haven't really gone so far as to test the boundaries of the plan. I've used around 3.2GB this month, though (billing cycle ends the 28th, so I have awhile to go!)
Air Video is bandwidth hungry.

I did 6GB in 4 days (waiting for Time Warner to install cable), and never heard anything from AT&T. I've heard stories of people using upwards of 100GB a month with no interruption/extra fees from att.
