isight annoying problem!!

I have a macbook week 26 computer. Sometimes, when I turn the computer on, the isight green camera turns on, and then when I go into the photobooth software when the pc has started up to ty and turn it off, I just get a Green Screen within photobooth. What should I do?

Nope, installed no third party software. Some say to reset the PRAM. Is this safe?
