15" Macbook Pro mid 2009 - out of warranty repair because of broken hinge and cracked screen. The entire top case, including the screen was replaced brand new. Everything works fine, they even were nice enough to do an upgrade to Lion. Problem is, the built-in iSight camera now "can not be detected" anywhere (iChat, iMovie, Photo Booth). The "Built-in Sight" is not detected in System Information > USB > USB High-Speed BUS.

I've tried everything to the best of my knowledge through research, such as: restoring the entire OS, resetting the SMC/PRAM, disk repair and restarting the device to no avail. Out of ideas now, it's giving me a headache. Please help me out!

Looks like something went wrong in repair: return it to your service provider.
