Hey guys.
Last night my brother and I took apart an iMac G5 that had a dead power supply. Our goal was to extract the hard drive, which we did just fine.
I saw how the iSight camera was connected via what looked to be a firewire connection. It looks exactly like the attachment.
Luckily I have a FW400 port on my blackbook, and I also had the right mini to full size cable.
I plugged it in, and the little green light flashed. IT'S ALIIIVEE.
My question now is what do I have to do to get this thing interfaced (software-wise) to my computer? I've downloaded macam with no success.
Any help or ideas are appreciated. Thanks.
