    Can the iSight cam with other non macs? If so, how do you turn on iSight to cam with em?

    It works fine with other computers. Depending on your application, it works like any other webcam on a PC. Example: iSight works with Yahoo! Messenger exactly the same way as a PC webcam will work on a PC with the same application.
