iSkin Solo with iPhone dock?

Hi guys.

I've got a iPhone 3gs with iskin solo fx on it, and I'd really like to have a dock for it. But, how can I work it out? I'm guessing the iphone with iskin on it wouldn't fit the dock?

Have you managed to make it work in some way?

You'll need to take the skin off no matter what. There are other docks that have room for phones with skins.

I use the Apple Universal Dock WITHOUT any of the adaptors fitted. This allows you to keep any case fitted (I have a iSkin Solo case on my 3gs). Works perfectly for me. 🙂

Will the iPhone then, lean on the bag of the dock? Can you by any chance post a pic of its backside? Are there any disadvantage of using the Apple Universal dock instead of the iPhone dock?

That iSkin will work with a dock from: made2dock.com

Most likely the slim dock.
