Guys... last I checked, we were on a macrumors site... a rumor site for MACs!!! (Note: I know it's a Mac not a MAC, but needed emphasis. However, I got a weird version of the "your thread got a reply" email (I think it's cos I just posted from my iPhone instead of from a computer) but note what it says:

A Mac is a PC as it is a "Personal Computer", though PC does normally refer to an IBM-PC or more recently a Windows PC.

Oh another one of these threads.

A sign of a good forum is that discussion evolves, all new Mac computers have the ability to run Windows and Linux. So you should now expect such discussion.

Thing is Macrumors has a fantastic and helpful community which is very tolerant to "n00b" problems which would be laughed at on many other forums. I haven't found a PC equivalent for this place.

    Just assume

that its a comment on the industrial stylings of macs, ie PC stands for Pretty Computer :p
