iso vs nrg ?

which is the best format to save a video mix iso 0r nrg and why , can mac handle both formats ?

I believe ISO is more common than NRG. There is more knowledge of ISO files than NRG files on the web. So if you needed help with NRG files, chances are you would get more help on ISO files rather than on NRG files. Both are compatible on Mac using a program like Toast.
