.iso will not mount

I have one .iso file here that will not mount because OS X 10.6.2 says it's unrecognized. How do I force it to mount?

Boot files and stuff. I need to edit some files in there before I burn it, but I can't burn it anyway because Disk Utility is giving me an error when I try to burn it.

I am thinking of just buying Toast just to see if it works with Toast
