i am trying to install some third party screen savers on my imac (tiger? 10.4.11).
i installed 2 successfully, but then i tried to add another and i couldnt...
so i tried deleting the 2 i put in, and i deleted the files from the system folder, but they still show up in the system preferences window. so i clicked one and it came up with the file search, so i selected the new screensaver i wanted (assuming it would load that file), but instead it has a weird scrolling message from ScreenTimeMedia?

and yes, i did try double-clicking it, and it says its already installed, and would i like to replace it? even when i do agree to replace it, its the same.
i think it thinks that its a picture-folder screensaver.
plus, a new folder was created named "emptyZeroHitItem"

(i'm trying to install the clock, fliqlo.)
sorry for being a n00b. help is appreciated.

curiously, .5 seconds after i post this, ALL the screensavers i installed seem to be in the system preferences and functional...
sorry for wasting your time!
however, if anyone could tell me what i was doing wrong, it would still be appreciated.
