When you say you heard a snap, do you mean the sound of something breaking, or do you mean the snap of something like a static discharge? Do your accessories and charger still work in the port? My SE port looks different to the point I can't compare and my 6Splus port looks more dusty and scuffed than yours but works just fine.

Why would you want to fix a scuff inside your charging port?

I guess you could buy another phone.
Not sure if it's dust or scuffs from the damage if the battery case I put in my 6s plus that snapped

Something inside the port I heard then I see that black mark and accessories still work but there a black scuff or dust inside there not sure if it came from the damage of the battery case

Scuffs and dust. I have both and there's no problem whatsoever. Just make sure everything is working and that the phone still charges when using your original charger. I don't see anything that looks broken off. I've had a few bad disconnects from speakers before, all turned out fine.

If there's a concern make an appointment with the Genius Bar.

What's the black spot in right side way in the back where that pin at is it dust or scuff

Hard to say but all I can say for sure is your port looks almost pristine compared to mine. I've got loads of little black scratches it looks like the port is growing a mustache. I think there's some lint in mine for good measure. And still it works great. But I probably should look into brushing some of my lint out with a fine tipped brush. I'm not even sure that's advisable. I'd best look that up before I do it.

At this point maybe I did break it and did accidental damage maybe they can replace with my apple Care

Why do you think that? It's working, isn't it? Like I said, mine is horrible looking compared to yours and mine works just fine. But to put your mind at ease, see what the Genius says. I think you're probably fine but its hard to tell from just a picture and without testing it. It's more likely you busted something on your battery case than your iPhone.

It's working but that dark spot was never there when I got it replaced last month the battery case works

Then there's nothing wrong with it and you're worrying about nothing. It's plastic that is in constant friction with a metal. That will result in a mark that isn't that different from the mark a pencil makes. If you could reach it, you probably could even buff it away. Do NOT try to do that, I'm just saying that it's a typical scuff mark. My iPhone has loads of them. It happens. As long as all the accessories and the phone itself is working it is just a cosmetic issue.

That's exactly what I was thinking, that port looks clean as a whistle in comparison to most you'll see

What you people recommend to clean the port in the near future without me going to Apple Store
A wooden or plastic toothpick would do the trick (making sure not to do it too hard so that things don't break). Compressed air can be another option.

I will try that if not I will take to Apple Store like chat support said if it won't come they are claiming its scuff and the genius know more about it

The inside of the port will get scuffed and get other dirt in it--it's fairly normal and essentially expected. As others have mentioned, as long as things are working fine (and if you want you clean out any of the more obvious lint/dirt gathered in there once in a while), then everything should be in order.

If the phone still charges I'm good To till I can get the 7
[doublepost=1468989238][/doublepost]A lot of people over at Reddit told me I had a bent pin this is normal wear and tear
[doublepost=1468989501][/doublepost]This was a waste of my 10 minutes at the store just find out it was nothing to worry about and they didn't clean it
