Had a blackberry before and switched to the iPhone 5 .I've noticed that when on a call, the voice seem's distant from the other person. It wasn't loud like the blackberry. I wasn't on speakerphone and had full signal.

Anyone had this issue ?

Is this happening with all calls? Does it also happen when you're listening to voicemails? Have you made sure the earpiece speaker volume is all the way up?

The volume is all the way up. The film which is on the phone when you get it, is still on. I presume thats why !

😱 If that solves the issue, good thing it's simple to address and that you (hopefully) didn't restore it or take it in to Apple or anything.
