iPhone Issue with Audio Recorder2 IOS 9.3.3

Ok before explaining my problem i just wanna say, that i tried to contact the dev and he says he has no idea why it doesn't work

My issue is simple, I have Audio Recorder2 (Bought it) and if i activate the option "Play warning message" when i wanna record, the other person cannot hear me when i start the recording, if i stop the recording he can't hear me either.

I have 2 ways to 'fix' this
1) Deactivate the warning message
2) When i record someone with the message, if i put the person on speaker then stop the speaker, everything works well.

Sadly those 2 'methods' annoy me and i want people to hear me np when i activate the warning message

Yes and tried rebooting the phone too
