issue with cnn on line embedded video

as per my title, when ever i go to the cnn news site i can not watch the embedded video's (but they do work when i use the widget tool) from snow leopard,10.6.1 the video appears to start loading but the screen stays black and the page keeps showing "now loading", i have been to many other news sites and do not have this issue, any ideas because every other kind of video appears to be working ok, the only other weird thing, is at the odd site it says i do not have the latest flash installed but i have repeatedly installed the newest one...

any thanks with this would be greatly appreciated

use Firefox doesnt work in Safari for me. this isnt a Safari issue btw.
