iPhone 11 Pro issue with connection with catalina

whenever I connect my iPhone 11 pro, finder shows this window only. even restore iPhone doesn't work.
please guide and advise

Wait until Catalina gets fixed. In the mean time use iCloud for backups.

and how does i sync my music in computer to iphone 11 now

What fixed it for me was turning off the personal hotspot. Using an XR with latest iOS and Catalina had this problem continually (along with constant trust this computer prompts). Turning off the personal hotspot and everything started working as expected.
