Issue with iPhoto in Yosemite Public Beta

I can't edit any of my photo's in iPhoto 9.5.1. When I click the edit button the image immediately becomes distorted. See image below. Is anyone else having this issue and is there a fix?

What version are you running?

It may be (related to) a known issue. From the Public Beta page where users first obtain a redemption code:

thats exactly whats happening!!!.....im running the most up to date version of iPhoto and the public beta of yosemite. i guess i just gotta wait for the next one to fix this major issue?

I have exacely the same issue using a late 2009 Mac Mini.

I'm having this exact issue, i'm a blogger trying to edit pics and can't Highly annoying. I find it does the same thing when watching a downloaded video on VLC player.

I've been having the same issue as well. I thought my lighting cable was the problem but its actually yosemite 🙁
