Waiting on a replacement first time I have ever seen this in all my Apple Cases.

Update: Perhaps no replacement. Apple just tried to tell me its a 3rd Party case. After we resolved that now they are saying no warranty on Leather Products.... Chat is continues....

This sucks, where did you purchase it from?

Try to take it in... seemingly everyone is taking theirs in for a replacement because of the corner issue with them.

What an ordeal this has been. This has been my first experience with Apple outsourcing support. It was terrible after the third so called supervisor they scheduled a call for me with a Specialist who immediately said no no no we are going to send a replacement. It was very clear the first three people (who’s first language was not English nor did they even seem to know the product line) were nothing but ”NO PEOPLE” poorly trained. I hope this is not a sign of Apples high standards of Customer Service changing.
