I have the 6TB version of OWC's Mercury Elite Pro Qx2.

And for the last two days I have been converting and exporting and uploading video footage pretty much non stop. Everything going through the Array.

This morning after going through the entire process with out a problem, the alarm went off. When I looked at the front panel and none of the lights were on.

Thinking it was just a glitch I powered it down and restarted and the Orange, I'll call it the status light, was blinking for a few seconds saying its rebuilding then it goes solid orange saying there is one or more failed drive/s.

But here is the kicker, None of the Failed drive lights are on.

Has this happened to anyone? And if so what was the outcome.

I just send a email to OWC Tech Support so I waiting on a response from that.

yes the same thing has happened to me. it started after my unit was so noisy my husband turned it off without ejecting the disks. Now when I turn it on I have a double beep alarm, a steady orange light, and no drive fail red lights.
What gives?
