issue with Quick Look

sorry if this has been already posted here but i have an issue with quick look in Finder

normally whenever i hit spacebar in an image or video in finder a preview window opens with a full size photo preview or in case of video a full size window with the video playing.

in my local folder it works normally but in my onedrive folder in Finder i only get a small size photo and videos are not playing

anyone knows the solution?

Since OneDrive is a cloud service, those files likely aren't on your local drive, so QuickLook can only show the low resolution placeholder that's there.
