Issue with Web Pages in Safari

At the moment i'm having real issues with web pages in Safari for some reason? I've attached a screenshot, just wanted to see if anybody might have an idea of why this is happening? The text kind of sticks to the screen and it only happens when i show, this issue isn't present when i open up a page in firefox.. very strange!

hoping someone may be able to shed some light on why this might be happening?
