Hi,

I just got a new wireless base station and used the airport setup assistant to hook it up. It seemed to be successful (airport says it's connected to my network with full strength), but I canNOT connect to the internet through any internet app (tried firefox and safari), or run any app that needs internet connection (like iTunes store). Therefore though it says it's connected it does not seem to be working. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this??

Sounds like you're happily connecting to the router, but the router isn't talking nicely with your ISP.

Power cycle the router. This usually fixes a lot of router problems, especially those that come with an initial setup of the hardware.

If that doesn't work, call your ISP.
