Issues importing files to iTunes

Hi folks,

I'm trying to import a CD to itunes on my Macbook and when I press to import it says I don't have the permissions to do this. I have checked my permissions and it says I do and I also finished importing a disc 30 seconds previously. Is there any suggestions form people as to how to fix this issue?
