Issues on att.com upgrading from a BlackBerry

Not sure if it's just website issues or if it's because i'm upgrading from a BlackBerry, ut when I get to he section were I have to select my features such as data plan, etc., I get a pop up window that tells me that my current BlackBerry features on my account are not compatible with the iPhone. So I try to select iPhone specific features and click add to cart and I get another pop up that tells me that features i've selected will be added to my account immediately. I can then choose no thanks or thanks. I've tried selecting both, but my checkout button is still grayed out and I can't continue with the order. This is so fustrating!
