Issues with 2nd har drive

Hey, see if you guys can help me out here:

Issue 1: Paragon NTFS on OSX wont read the 2nd hard drive formatted in NTFS. It only reads the main windows 7 partition, which shares the 1st disk with OSX.

Issue 2: On bootcamp, file transfer between 1st drive and 2nd drive is EXTREMELY slow.

Ideas?

Have you checked nothing is wrong with the second drive. I have no issues writing to NTFS drives.

What kind of things for example? And how could I check them?
