Issues with airpods, iphone, apple account, appletv

Long story short, Airpods, phone were wonky, I had to reset my iPhone 17 pro max this morning, I think it ran an update(? 26.5.2), then wouldn't let me into the phone. I had to try to change my password (didn't work), then call apple support to get in. Now my appleTV app on my roku tv won't play through an episode of Silo. It keeps jumping back to the same spot after a few minutes and won't let me fast forward.

Anyone else experiencing issues? Could all of this be connected?

Have you tried to log out of the app and log in again along with the standard troubleshooting things such as rebooting the device, kill the app, restart the router etc.?

The only thing that worked, was at the very first prompt on my phone, it asked for "email or phone number". I was only trying my email, because that's all I've ever used when trying to log in. I tried phone number because nothing else was working and that let me right in. It was very strange and very frustrating.

Now my apple TV apps aren't working, but apparently there is an outage?
