Issues with JayBird X2's

    Just received a pair of Jay Bird X2's and upon pairing them all I get is stuttering, they cut out and I can barely hear anything. Notifications are barely even audible because of how choppy everything plays. Does anyone else have any experience with having trouble using Bluetooth headphones? I am not sure if it may be a setting, or a bad pair of headphones I may have received. I tried restarting the phone, restarting Bluetooth, deleting and recreating the profile. I even tried factory resetting the headphones and nothing has worked so far.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Exchange the headphones, mine worked perfectly with 6s+
