Issues with Phone Calls from Watch

Anyone have any negative feedback from the other side of a call made from the watch? Just used it and had a friend complaining that I sounded like I was on the other side of the room and all my responses were delayed.

Well, that just sucks. Makes my issue seem not as bad.
