Hi all.

There's this issue I periodically have with Safari (latest version), where upon loading certain pages I get a pop-up from Safari which states Safari can't verify the identity of the page I'm visiting. Most of the time it's Gmail and Hotmail.

Anyone know how I can stop it occurring?

Cheers

That is actually a feature of Safari that is designed to help protect. IIRC it can be disabled in Safari>Preferences>Security

I tried that but it made no difference :/

I have noticed one thing when this happens and that's Gmail shows this message on the left hand side above the chat window:

Your internet connection is experiencing problems or your network administrator has blocked Google Mail chat. Learn more.

My internet connection is absolutely fine!

I'd love to know how to stop it because when it happens randomly every couple of weeks it's very annoying.
