Issues with sound - Apple TV+

I updated my Apple TV 4K to 13.4 and seemingly since then I get a high pitched shriek from my Apple TV. This is when watching Apple TV+ content or iTunes content.

I don’t get the issue with Netflix or Disney+.

anyone else having these issues? I thought it may have been the sound bar or Apple TV but given it only happens with Apple streamed or purchased content makes me believe it could be something else.

a sort of shriek with static at the same time?
It sounds like it's sending a digital audio signal your TV or stereo can't handle

might be sending atmos?

Netflix and Disney+ support Atmos as well with many of their shows.

It is very strange and I’ve not had issues before. The TV I’ve had for about a year and got the TV box at the same time. Given the issues happened after the update I’m inclined to just restore and see how I get on.

So an update to this:

It was Dolby Atmos causing an issue. Not sure why, but turned it off and now Apple purchased content sounds fine. Hope they fix it.

not sure why Netflix and Disney+ play fine but Apple TV+ doesn’t.
