iStat Menus use Question ?

I have downloaded iStat Menus. Can someone please tell me how do I and where do I find and see what temperature is my machine working on. Can someone please help me understand how to read iStat Menus ?

First make sure sensors is turned on in iStat Menus by opening the application.




Then up in the menu bar if you click on the sensor portion it will bring a dropdown of all the information. In the settings above you can customize what shows in the bar and the rest shows when you click it.

What version of iStat Menus is it in these screenshots that you have posted ?

You are right !! I had turned off the sensor option in iStat Menus. I have turned it on and now it does show me the temperature !
