iSync automating iCal

I can't solve this problem.

I would like to automate iSync with my Nokia phone every x hours with my dates in iCal.

How I can do it?

Sry, I have started using Mac since few weeks.

I wrote script in java sript, than how can I force iCal to do that every hour?
