iSync- can't find metaclasses.plist??

I'm trying to edit the metaclasses.plist file so I can add support for my Nokia 3250, but I can't find the file where it should be located- and spotlight can't find it either!! Any suggestions?

You should be able to find it here:
Control-Click iSync and select "Show Package Contents" From there navigate to: /Applications/iSync/Contents/PlugIns/ApplePhoneConduit.syncdevice/Contents/PlugIns/PhoneModelsSync.phoneplugin/Contents/Resources/
 
If you hold COMMAND-SHIFT-G in Finder and paste that filepath, do you get the folder it should be in? I can see my PLIST file there. 🙂
