iSync for iCal to C902 issues

I'm hoping someone out there might have some experience with this problem. When I sync iCal to my phone it only syncs the native iCal entries and not the google calendar ones! Is it possible to have them all syncing or not?

Ok, just to clarify. I CAN sync my own google calendar. What I CAN'T do is sync the Delegates of that calendar. Any advice is very welcome.
