No one likes telemarketers, that's pretty much a given. That doesn't mean there's any reason for this kind of abuse. Actually, I don't know which person I feel worse for: the telemarketer or the crazy lady on the other end of the phone.

I would love to say it is fake - and it very well may be - but this call would have been recorded by the telemarketing co. as a matter of course, so it has potential.

Real or fake, I have mad respect for the telemarketer for managing not to completely lose it and burst out laughing hysterically. Even if it were you and a friend screwing around it would be tough not to crack up.
