After having diagnosed my MacBook for the problems, tracking it down to the logic board, and bringing it to the Apple Store and it being confirmed it is... dead.

1 and a half weeks later:

ITS ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!

I swear, I don't know what the hell happened! Everything works like how it should have now! Nothing is broken, and this is just in time for my school's LAN party (BE JEALOUS! MY SCHOOL IS COOLER THAN YOURS IS/WAS!).

Now, I must find the japanese kanji or kanjis for Zombie, and make a cool sexy decal on my MacBook!

Even the Apple store dudes knew it was dead.

There really aren't appropriate smilies for surprise and confusion. Is a bit TOO surprised.

Your situation just might deserve it, though.

...
:D

Aww, it looks like there is no sexy kanji, just some tired katakana... oh well.

There is a problem: I am scared of one of two things:

1) I will turn off my Mac, and this time, it will die for good.

2) My battery will blow up, although it is in a completely different battery series than the ones that exploded in that one horrible bout...

Also, I hear a quiet crazy whines now, the disk sound on start up made a strange crackling noise, and other weird stuff. Also, my firefox tabs were still alive, and I have a hunch one day it will fail.

Oh well, at least this will probably hold up until the 14th or 15th...

My macbook is still alive.

Should I keep it? Should I sell it now, or sell it as soon as it breaks?

sell it as soon as it breaks.
you can still get a few weeks or months out of it.

the same happened to my ipod 5.5gen.

it died, with the sad face and everything.
but after a month or so after not being in use, it worked perfectly.(except for the fact that the headset only plays out of one ear.)
that was in march, and it still works!

Sorry to bump, but I need ideas to whom or which to sell it to?

iFixit rejected, overstocked...
