Please guide me how to do this on mac lion
kindly refer the attachment.

I was searching for Hype's tutorial and I got this

but when I was watching I note down one thing he is typing directly on screen to find files...
please tell me how it is possible...????? Which application he is using????
please help......

I have also install iTERM but no success......??
