iPod ITMS Error -9843?

Keep getting this on the US Store when trying to agree to the T&C for the iTunes Plus section. Or is the Store just getting slammed?

I had the same problem with the NZ shop. I closed iTunes and relaunched, and it treated my account as if I'd already agreed and didn't prompt me again

On the other hand, over 14 hours later my album still hasn't finished downloading.

Edit: Finally successfully downloaded about 20 minutes ago.
