iPod ITMS Error -9843?

Keep getting this on the US Store when trying to agree to the T&C for the iTunes Plus section. Or is the Store just getting slammed?

I had the same problem with the NZ shop. I closed iTunes and relaunched, and it treated my account as if I'd already agreed and didn't prompt me again 🙂

On the other hand, over 14 hours later my album still hasn't finished downloading.

Edit: Finally successfully downloaded about 20 minutes ago.
